Exchange that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider
Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India
(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for
dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of
declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter
ended 31st December 2014, for all the Designated Employees (including
Directors) of the Company from 6th February 2015 till 24 hours after the
announcement of the financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges
(both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the Designated Employees (including
Directors) of the Company are hereby intimated not to enter into any
transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period
