with respect to a news item captioned "SKF inks pact with volvo
cars". The Company has clarified that "The said news item pertains to
parent company AB SKF, Sweden and has no relevance to SKF India Limited as it
relates to business in other parts of the world and not to India and therefore
there is no material price sensitive information which is required to be
